Shelley Roither, who has served as the organization’s chief human resources officer since 2023, works to attract, develop and retain exceptional talent. She and her global HR team ensure that Enterprise Mobility continues to be a great place to work.
Roither brings more than 20 years of experience as part of the Enterprise team. Her career began in 2002 when she led the in-house counsel function within HR. Then serving as vice president of employment counsel and labor relations, she provided guidance and oversite to all areas of HR including talent acquisition, talent development, team member benefits, compensation and human resources information systems.
Roither has devoted much of her time to cultivating hundreds of HR field professionals around the world while serving as a trusted business partner to the organization’s senior leadership team. This loyalty led to her vice president of human resources promotion in 2017. Today, Roither leads all aspects of human resources ensuring the company’s culture is in line with its mission.
Before joining Enterprise, Roither was a partner at McMahon Berger, a boutique labor and employment firm. Working in private practice for 11 years, she built her career representing her clients in myriad matters of labor and employment law.
Roither earned a bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri.
