The Product Strategy and Development Director is responsible for overseeing the development of business ideas, creating business cases and imagining solutions and operational opportunities across all lines of business at Enterprise. The Director will lead a team dedicated to conducting desirability, feasibility, and viability assessments of business ideas aimed at increasing operational efficiency and enabling new services or experiences. This role requires facilitating collaborative discussions and analyses to evaluate current states, identify strategic intents, and outline the potential impact of new initiatives.
Under the Director’s leadership, the team will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Management, IT, and other departments to define key solution characteristics, resource requirements, and strategic approaches, culminating in the formation of compelling business cases.
