As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of a Vehicle Title Coordinator!

 

The Vehicle Title Coordinator will primarily be responsible for overseeing the title management process and title inventory for all EFM units. This position will perform title audits for compliance, manage inbound and outbound title mail, research and resolve missing/incorrect titles, and serve as the primary contact for internal parties on all title related questions. In addition, the Title Coordinators leverage expertise on captive dealer processes and the tax trade program to complete proper title reassignments.

 

This is a full time position reporting to our Fleet Operations center located at 2281 Ball Dr. St. Louis, MO 63146. The schedule is M-F and offers flex scheduling options.


The pay range for this position is $20.19 to $22.12 per hour USD. Pay within the range will be determined based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, time in position, and business or organizational needs.

Responsibilities include:

 

  • Research and resolve missing titles, compliance issues surrounding missing/incorrect titles based on state requirement by working with state DMV's, selling dealers, and other parties
  • Manage and maintain vehicle title inventory for all Enterprise Fleet Management vehicles to ensure title and trust compliance and borrowing requirements.
  • Identify errors and work with internal and external parties to resolve
  • Manage all activity in the Title Team mailbox and serve as the primary contact for internal Groups on title questions and issues
  • Execute and track all captive dealer sale transactions, including appropriate title assignments, record creation and retention
  • Complete title assignments, corresponding record retention and mailing for leased and client-owned wholesale as well as purchase option transactions
  • Advise internal teams on proper title procedures based on state requirements throughout the vehicle lifecycle including total losses, purchase options and buyouts
  • Perform regular audits on title team requirements, ensuring all defined standards are met
  • May sign and notarize documents
  • Kneeling and bending while performing daily filing responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications include:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years in vendor support experience researching and resolving issues OR
  • Must have a H.S. Diploma/GED with three (3) years in vendor support experience researching and resolving issues
  • Basic skills of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Certified notary preferred 
  • Willing to apply for and obtain a Notary Public Commission for the State of Missouri
  • Must be able to handle and lift objects up to 20 pounds
  • Must have the ability to work in-office Monday-Friday at our Fleet Operations Center
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
