The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for Seasonal Customer Service Representative (CSR). The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CSR will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location. 

 

This is a full time seasonal position that will start as early as Monday 5/18/26 and will end on or before 11/18/26.

  • 40 hours per week
  • The pay for this position is $19.19 / hour with a potential health-care supplement up to $5.55 / hour and potential additional production bonus.

 

The position is located at Newark Airport - 132 Carson Rd Newark, NJ 07114.

 

Schedules Available: 

  • Sunday – Thursday 4:00 pm -12:30 am 
    OR
  • Monday - Friday 6:00am -2:30pm 

 

We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:

  • Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendors
  • Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assigned
  • Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
  • Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner
  • Provide directions and general assistance
  • Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
  • Process returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactions
  • Effectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services 
  • May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
  • Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance 
  • Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed
  • Perform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing
  • Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned

  • Must be living within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour from this location
  • The ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position. Applicants must have a valid unrestricted drivers license
  • Must be able to understand, read, write and speak English
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support 

New Jersey DMV Requirements:

First-time drivers and under 21 years old:

If you are a first-time driver and under age 21, you must complete the mandatory Graduated Driver License (GDL) program requirements.  New Jersey's GDL program introduces driving privileges gradually to first-time drivers and individuals under the age of 21.
