St. Louis was struck by an EF-3 tornado late last week that stretched up to a mile wide and barreled through the city with winds over 150 mph leaving a 22-mile path of wreckage in its wake. With five confirmed deaths and roughly 5,000 homes and buildings damaged, the storm caused approximately $1.6 billion in destruction.

"We are committed to supporting the St. Louis community as our hometown city works to recover from the storm’s widespread devastation," said Chrissy Taylor, president & CEO of Enterprise Mobility. "Enterprise Mobility teams on the ground are working diligently to determine the best ways to support the local community, and we are proud to be able to play a part in the recovery efforts."

In immediate response to this disaster, the Enterprise Mobility Foundation has donated $250,000 to the American Red Cross and $250,000 to the United Way of Greater St. Louis. These organizations are currently helping to provide shelter, food, water, supplies, health care and emotional support for residents in the affected areas.

"Our deepest condolences are with everyone who have lost their homes and businesses, and the families of those who have lost loved ones in this unprecedented disaster," said Carolyn Kindle, president of the Enterprise Mobility Foundation. "We are devastated by this crisis and hope to provide critical assistance to our community by supporting organizations on the ground providing much-needed relief to those impacted."
