Over the last fiscal year, Enterprise Mobility entered a new era of growth with a unified purpose: advance the world, one journey at a time. Throughout the organization, this core philosophy inspires us to operate responsibly – both now and into the future – for the benefit of team members, customers and partners around the world.


This purpose also guides the business’s sustainability initiatives as we seek to drive progress through best-in-class service and mobility solutions. As a global organization, Enterprise Mobility takes a long-term approach to sustainability and seeks to implement strategies and innovations centered around the needs of team members, customers and communities.


Throughout our FY24 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, you’ll find highlights demonstrating the work that is being done to achieve this goal. For instance, throughout business lines, we are supporting the transition to a low-carbon future and laying the groundwork for a thoughtful and equitable transition to electrification. We are enabling inclusion, mobility and opportunity for more than 90,000 global team members and strengthening the communities where we live and work. We are working to reduce the organization’s environmental impact, drive ethical governance practices and manage the supply chain responsibly. 


Looking ahead, we remain committed to making advancements against our ESG 2025 goals to support sustainable development – and laying the foundation to measure, track and drive growth toward future aspirations.
