As chairperson for the Enterprise Mobility Foundation, Jo Ann Taylor Kindle is at the heart of the organization’s charitable giving.
The Foundation has allocated more than half a billion to nonprofits in the United States focused on community empowerment, education and environmental stewardship. The majority of Foundation grants are identified by Enterprise Mobility team members to help give back to the communities in which they live and work.
As the daughter of founder Jack Taylor, Taylor Kindle grew up within the business and formally joined the organization as an office manager in 1974. After stepping away in 1977 to focus on raising her two children, Taylor Kindle returned in 1994 to grow the Foundation. In 2019, she was appointed chairperson, a role she has occupied ever since.
In addition to her leadership role at Enterprise Mobility, Taylor Kindle manages philanthropic endeavors for the Taylor family. She serves on the board of directors for the Crawford Group and Crawford Taylor Foundation.
Taylor Kindle is a trustee for the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra and board member for St. Louis Blues for Kids. She previously served in that role for the Saint Louis Zoo and John Burroughs School in addition to being a capital campaign chair for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri.
