Mike Andrew

Chief Legal & Legislative Officer

Mike Andrew, as chief legal & legislative officer, leads the organization’s global legal and government relations activities. He also advises on a wide range of business issues.


After garnering experience from previous executive-level legal and government relations positions throughout the global business travel industry, Andrew was originally hired at Enterprise Mobility in 2016 as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.


Andrew manages a number of areas within the organization from a legal and government relations perspective. His focus includes areas such as global operations, global sales, customer service, marketing, product innovation, e-commerce and brand management.


Prior to joining the organization, Andrew was the executive VP and general counsel at Carlson, Inc. He held various senior legal positions with Marriott, including senior VP and deputy general counsel for Marriott Vacations Worldwide. At both organizations, he helped develop corporate strategy led teams of lawyers and government relations teams across North America, Europe and Asia.


Before his work with Marriott International, Andrew practiced law at two Florida firms and served as a law clerk in Florida’s 13th Circuit Court. He earned a bachelor’s degree in history with honors from the University of Florida and law degree with honors from Stetson University.


Andrew currently serves on the board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Louis, United States Chamber of Commerce and advisory council for the Eric Friedheim Tourism Institute at the University of Florida.


His past community service roles include serving as a trustee for the Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School, Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida and founding board member for City Year, Orlando. He was previously honored as the St. Louis Business Journal’s General Counsel of the Year and tabbed to the Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite list.
