Meet Thomas - a business analyst turned Scrum Master for Entegral, an integrated software platform under Enterprise Mobility, whose diverse skills and philanthropic mindset are an inspiration to his colleagues. With a degree in economics, a minor in marketing and a specialization in finance, Thomas brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.
But it is his passion for financial literacy that truly sets him apart. Having witnessed firsthand the struggles of students with basic financial concepts during his time with Junior Achievement, Thomas became inspired to write a book that would teach children to think creatively about money and develop financial literacy skills. His book, "Teddy Makes Cents", was published in Spring 2022 and is geared towards kindergarten through third-grade students.
Aside from his literary pursuits, Thomas is a motivational speaker and advocate for financial literacy, with a focus on educating the youth. He also founded his own publishing company to further his cause.
Within the Enterprise Mobility organization, Thomas is a driving force for inclusion, serving as a founding member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee. He embraces the people-first culture of the company and actively participates in team-building activities, such as volunteering and potlucks.
As a Scrum Master, Thomas promotes effective communication, continuous improvement, and collaboration within his teams as they work towards shared goals. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to community has been recognized and featured in Waymaker Journal.
We salute Thomas for his commitment to his art and his inspiring work both in and out of the workplace. If you're ready to join a team of like-minded individuals at Enterprise Mobility, visit enterprisemobility.com to explore opportunities.
