Sourcing Certified Carbon Credits
Enterprise Mobility offers a Carbon Offset Program that provides customers with the option to purchase carbon credits from third‑party offset projects.
These projects are intended to support activities that aim to avoid, reduce or remove greenhouse gas emissions and report measurable emissions outcomes at project sites located in North America and Europe.
The projects are independently developed, operated, and verified by third parties and are outside of Enterprise Mobility’s direct operations or control. Participation in the Carbon Offset Program does not reduce or eliminate the greenhouse gas emissions generated by Enterprise Mobility’s operations, customer rental activity, or the vehicle fleets operated across its business lines.
Program Partner
We partner with Terrapass globally to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by supporting projects that are helping capture and destroy landfill methane, accelerating regenerative agricultural practices that rebuild soil organic matter, sequester carbon and enhance biodiversity as well as implementing afforestation, reforestation, and improved forest management. Terrapass projects adhere to industry-leading standards and are validated by top independent verifiers in both North America and Europe.
